Protein-macromolecule conjugates and methods of use thereof
The present disclosure provides protein-macromolecule conjugates, releasable linkers, and macromolecules as defined herein. The disclosed conjugates provide unique properties based at least on linker properties, number of linker-macromolecule moieties, and methods of preparation that produce the protein-macromolecules. Methods of synthesis and use of the conjugates in the treatment of diseases and disorders are also provided herein..
