Provided are activatable proprotein homodimers comprising two separate but identical polypeptide chains, each chain comprising a fragment antigen-binding (Fab) region that specifically binds to human PD-1 or human PD-L1 or human B7H3, a hinge/Fc domain, a linker, an IL-15 protein, a protease cleavable linker, and an IL-15Rα protein.
