Preparation method of cell membrane bionic preparation capable of being preserved in freeze-drying mode and product and application of cell membrane bionic preparation

The invention discloses a preparation method of a cell membrane bionic preparation capable of being preserved in a freeze-drying manner. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting a cell membrane; (2) preparing a liposome or a drug-loaded liposome; (3) resuspending cell membranes, liposomes or drug-loaded liposomes by using a buffer solution containing a freeze-drying protective agent; (4) mixing the resuspended cell membrane with a liposome or a drug-loaded liposome to prepare a cell membrane bionic preparation; and (5) pre-freezing the cell membrane bionic preparation, and then carrying out freeze-drying operation to prepare the freeze-dried preparation. The invention further provides the cell membrane bionic preparation capable of being stored in a freeze-drying mode and obtained through the preparation method and application of the cell membrane bionic preparation serving as a drug targeted delivery carrier. The cell membrane freeze-dried bionic preparation prepared by the invention is stable in appearance and good in resolubility, can effectively retain the function of cell membrane protein, and solves the technical problem that the existing cell membrane bionic preparation cannot be stably stored for a long time after being prepared..
