METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING GRAM-NEGATIVE BACTERIAL OUTER MEMBRANE-DERIVED NANOVESICLES AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for constructing Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane-derived nanovesicles and a use thereof. Also, the present invention provides a method for treating or diagnosing cancer using Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane-derived nanovesicles. In addition, the present invention provides a method for delivering therapeutic or diagnostic materials to target cells or tissues by loading same into Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane-derived nanovesicles. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for the prevention and treatment of various diseases including cancer and bacterial/viral infections by co-administering Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane-derived nanovesicles and antigens or by administering Gram-negative bacterial outer membrane-derived nanovesicles having antigens expressed thereon..
