Preparation method of monodisperse emulsion
The process described herein, referred to as particle template emulsification (PTE), provides an improved monodisperse emulsion preparation process in which the monodisperse emulsion can encapsulate target particles of interest and does not require the use of microfluidic devices. The monodisperse particles are used as templates for forming droplets, so that the monodisperse droplets can be effectively obtained without destroying the integrity of the droplets, and the droplets can comprise monodisperse single emulsion droplets, multi-emulsion droplets or ultra-large single liposomes (GUV) and the like..
