Application of small-molecule blocker ifenprodil tartrate in preparation of tumor treatment drugs

The invention discloses an application of a small molecular retardant ifenprodil tartrate targeting NMDAR in inhibition of liver cancer progression. The NMDAR retardant ifenprodil tartrate inhibits the expression of immunosuppressive genes S100a9, Cx3cr1 and the like on macrophages by inhibiting the excessive activation of NMDAR on the macrophages in a tumor microenvironment, and obviously up-regulates the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6, iNOS and the like, thereby reversing the macrophage-mediated immunosuppressive action and inhibiting tumor progression.
