Honokiol and sophorolipid compound as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a honokiol and sophorolipid compound and a preparation method and application thereof. The honokiol and sophorolipid compound is formed by compounding honokiol and sophorolipid according to the mass ratio of 1: (6-8). The compound is obtained by adopting one of the following preparation modes: mode 1, dissolving honokiol and sophorolipid in an organic solvent I, then adding an organic mixed solution into an aqueous medium for mixing and emulsifying, removing the organic solvent I after micelles are formed, hydrating, and finally removing impurities; mode 2, dissolving honokiol and sophorolipid in an aqueous solution containing an organic solvent II, removing the organic solvent II after micelles are formed, hydrating, and finally removing impurities; mode 3, mixing and stirring honokiol, sophorolipid and water, and finally removing impurities; and mode 4, dissolving honokiol and sophorolipid in an aqueous solution containing an organic solvent III, dialyzing with water, and finally removing impurities from dialysate. Experiments show that the compound has a good biological membrane removal effect and a good bacteriostatic and antibacterial effect..
