Tadalafil oral soluble film and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a tadalafil oral soluble film and a preparation method thereof. The tadalafil oral soluble film comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-20% of tadalafil, 10-80% of a film forming material, 0.1-20% of a plasticizer, 0.5-10% of an acid stabilizer, 0.1-10% of a surfactant, 0.1-10% of a sweetening agent and 0.1-5% of a flavoring agent. According to the tadalafil oral soluble film disclosed by the invention, the tadalafil oral soluble film can be prepared by smoothly utilizing a hot-melt extrusion film drawing process, the impurity content in the preparation process can be effectively controlled, and the prepared tadalafil oral soluble film has good storage stability..
