The invention provides a composition for enhancing immunity and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises milk powder, fructus lycii and bifidobacteria, wherein the mass ratio of the milk powder to the fructus lycii to the bifidobacteria is (2-4): (2-4): (4-8). The composition can provide scientific and reasonable nutrition for an organism, effectively protect macrophages and improve the conditions that the number of macrophages of a low-immunity individual is reduced and the phagocytic function is reduced, so that the immunity of the organism is remarkably enhanced..
