Novel auditory meatus antibacterial gel
The novel auditory meatus antibacterial gel is prepared from the following raw materials: traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil and disinfection gel, the traditional Chinese medicine volatile oil is prepared from 0.1 to 0.3 part of camphor, 0.1 to 0.5 part of borneol, 0.2 to 0.6 part of menthol, 0.1 to 0.3 part of eucalyptus essential oil, 0.05 to 0.15 part of wormwood oil and 0.08 to 0.12 part of patchouli alcohol; the disinfection gel is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 82 parts of purified water, 0.2 to 0.4 part of carbomer 9400, 0.1 to 0.5 part of triethanolamine, 3 to 7 parts of propylene glycol, 1 to 3 parts of CO, 8 to 12 parts of aloe extract and 0.06 to 1 part of 5 percent benzalkonium bromide. The gel has good adhesion, can be adhered to the inner surface of the ear canal, enables drugs not to be lost easily, prolongs the residence time in the ear canal, achieves the sustained-release and controlled-release effects, improves the bioavailability, and reduces the administration frequency..
