Pyrimidine compound as well as synthesis method and application thereof

The invention discloses a pyrimidine compound as well as a synthesis method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding substrates 2H-aza-allylpyridine, alpha-isocyano acetate/alpha-isocyano acetamide, an organic solvent, a catalyst, a ligand and alkali into a reaction container, and carrying out stirring reaction; and S2, after the reaction is finished, adding water and an organic solvent for extraction and liquid separation, collecting an organic phase, drying, concentrating, and finally separating and purifying to obtain the pyrimidine compound. The invention provides a simple and environment-friendly pyrimidine compound synthesis method, and the pyrimidine compound synthesized by adopting the method disclosed by the invention is diversified in structure and has a medicinal research value..
