Application of COH-SR4 in preparation of medicine for preventing and/or treating ischemic heart disease
The invention discloses application of COH-SR4 in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating ischemic heart disease, and relates to the technical field of biomedicine. The research finds that COH-SR4 can improve the cardiac function of a mouse after myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, increase ejection fraction and short axis shortening rate and reduce the infarct area of the heart of the mouse; cOH-SR4 is given before modeling, so that the apoptosis and oxidative stress level of myocardial cells after ischemia/reperfusion can be reduced; in addition, COH-SR4 can promote AMPK phosphorylation and up-regulate a nuclear transcription factor erythroid 2 related factor 2 (Nrf2), so that oxidative stress is improved, and ferroptosis is reduced. The invention proves that COH-SR4 can be used for preparing the medicine for preventing and/or treating ischemic heart disease, and has important clinical guiding significance..
