Self-nano composition as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a self-nano composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of nano medicines. The self-nano composition disclosed by the invention comprises a flavonoid compound and PVPK30 (Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone K30); the weight ratio of the flavonoid compound to the PVPK30 is 1: (2-20). The self-nanoparticles are solid powder which is formed by dispersing medicines and auxiliary materials in a proper solvent at a high concentration, uniformly mixing and removing the solvent, and can spontaneously form nano particles with the particle size of 50-1000nm by adding water and shaking or stirring..
