Preparation method of lactobacillus fermentation product for cosmetics
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a preparation method of a lactobacillus fermentation product for cosmetics, and solves the problem of skin allergy in the prior art that very few people are allergic. Components containing more lactic acid, such as yoghurt masks, are not suitable for sensitive skin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a seed culture medium by adopting an MRS culture medium or a milk powder culture medium; carrying out fermentation culture according to a certain inoculation amount and a certain substrate addition amount, and controlling the pH in the fermentation process by adopting different alkali liquor; after fermentation is finished, performing vacuum filtration on fermentation liquor to remove impurities, performing high-temperature sterilization, cooling to a certain temperature after sterilization, and adding a preservative for later use. The lactobacillus fermentation product disclosed by the invention has certain moisturizing and oil-controlling effects on skin, and through toxicological experiments, chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane experiments and skin closed patch experiments, the product is safe and non-irritant to the skin and has relatively pleasant smell..
