Crosslinked cyclodextrin metal organic framework capable of loading ibuprofen and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a cross-linked cyclodextrin metal organic framework capable of loading ibuprofen and a preparation method of the cross-linked cyclodextrin metal organic framework. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and dissolving ibuprofen and gamma-cyclodextrin in potassium hydroxide, filtering, evaporating and diffusing methanol into the solution, carrying out primary crystallization, taking a certain volume of the reacted solution, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and methanol into the reacted solution, carrying out secondary crystallization, and drying to obtain the ibuprofen-gamma-cyclodextrin compound. And preparing the CD-MOFs loaded with the ibuprofen. And then dissolving the CD-MOFs loaded with the ibuprofen in a DMF (Dimethyl Formamide) solvent, and adding a cross-linking agent, namely isophorone diisocyanate, so as to prepare the CL-CD-MOFs loaded with the ibuprofen. The cross-linked cyclodextrin metal organic framework disclosed by the invention can load ibuprofen, stably exists in water, delays drug release, and provides reference for preparing an ibuprofen oral liquid preparation with a slow-release effect..
