Universal DNA sensing tool box for cell surface as well as preparation method and application of universal DNA sensing tool box
The invention discloses a cell surface universal DNA sensing tool box as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of DNA nanotechnology. The DNA sensing tool box comprises a DNA origami frame, and further comprises a sensing core and an anchoring module which are respectively assembled on the inner surface and the outer surface of the DNA origami frame. The invention discloses a cell surface universal sensing tool box based on a DNA origami framework, in which an anchoring module and a sensing core can be replaced according to different experiment requirements, and a highly customized platform for controlling the cell state is constructed. The platform is anchored on the surface of a cell in a non-covalent or covalent binding manner, a nano mechanical-natural hybrid cell is constructed, the cell is endowed with the capability of sensing an unconventional signal, the diversity of cell function regulation is expanded, and a new strategy is provided for diagnosis and treatment application of engineering cells and bacteria..
