The invention discloses a small organic molecule capable of being activated by alkaline phosphatase and visible light as well as a preparation method and application of the small organic molecule. The structural formula of the small organic molecule is as shown in formula I in the specification. The small organic molecule and the cis-trans isomer thereof exist in a stable cis-form or trans-form configuration under the dark condition and have no cytotoxicity. Under the irradiation of visible light, small organic molecules are subjected to cis-trans isomerization, and the isomerization efficiency is regulated and controlled by the concentration of serum albumin in the environment. On the basis, visible light with good biocompatibility and albumin widely existing in an organism can be used as dual regulation and control means, so that small organic molecules have no toxic or side effect under the physiological condition of high-serum albumin. In a tumor cell environment, through visible light irradiation and albumin concentration removal, small organic molecules are in a trans-configuration, and through alkaline phosphatase reaction, efficient tumor cell killing ability is exerted, drug activity is controlled in time and space, and the drug has an application prospect in on-demand precise treatment of tumors. # imgabs0 #.
