Topical antimicrobial compositions
The present invention discloses a topical composition comprising: (i) an antimicrobial active, which is at least one of piroctone, capryloyl hydroxamic acid, benzohydroxamic acid, or piroctone olamine; and (ii) demethylated buraeasy, and a method for preparing the same. Also disclosed is a non-therapeutic method of providing a topical antimicrobial benefit on a topical surface of a human or animal body comprising the step of applying a safe and effective amount of a topical composition..
