Benzapac sodium ester tablet and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a bentonate tablet. According to the method, the benzene sodium ester raw material and part of the hydrophilic diluent are mixed and micronized, the micronized composition powder after micronization is free of agglomeration, good fluidity is kept, and subsequent processing is facilitated, so that time is saved, time consumed by the whole process of tablet preparation is shortened, and the method is particularly suitable for industrial large-scale production. The bentonate tablet prepared from the micronized composition has better dissolution rate, and the dissolution performance of the bentonate tablet is basically consistent with that of an original tablet; the formula and the process are combined, and the prepared bentonate tablet has the advantage that the content change of total impurities and single impurities is small at the same time..
