Novel brucella shell vaccine and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, in particular to a novel brucella shell vaccine and application thereof. The invention provides novel brucella lacking UGPase (uridine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase) genes and containing bacteriophage cleavage protein E genes and a preparation method of the novel brucella, and further provides a novel brucella shell vaccine containing the novel brucella and a preparation method of the novel brucella shell vaccine.
