Novel brucella shell vaccine and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, in particular to a novel brucella shell vaccine and application thereof. The invention provides novel brucella lacking UGPase (uridine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase) genes and containing bacteriophage cleavage protein E genes and a preparation method of the novel brucella, and further provides a novel brucella shell vaccine containing the novel brucella and a preparation method of the novel brucella shell vaccine. Compared with an existing attenuated vaccine and a traditional vaccine, the novel brucella shell vaccine provided by the invention has the advantages that the safety is improved on the premise of retaining a complete antigen structure, the immune protection effect is good, the production process is simple, and animals which are naturally infected and are subjected to vaccine immune brucella can be identified and diagnosed..
