METHOD FOR UTILIZING IN-SILICO HEART DISEASE DATABASE, PROGRAM FOR UTILIZING IN-SILICO HEART DISEASE DATABASE, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE

The present invention constructs an information processing technology which utilizes an "in-silico heart disease database", and makes it possible to improve the prediction accuracy of developing heart diseases, suitably treat same, and furthermore efficiently develop a medicine. The present invention inputs, to a classifier which automatically diagnoses heart diseases, an electrocardiography or the like acquired from a database, which preserves simulation results of virtual disease heart models in which various factors pertaining to heart diseases are varied, namely, an "in-silico heart disease database", compares distributions of factor variation amounts in a positive group and a negative group, and specifies, as biomarkers, effect factors pertaining to the heart diseases from the comparison result. In addition, by identifying, on the in-silico heart disease database, a heart disease model having an electrocardiogram similar to a real electrocardiogram of an individual, precise diagnosis of the individual is conveniently performed. Furthermore, a medicine development process is made efficient by extracting a group having a certain feature from the in-silico heart disease database and conveniently evaluating the medication effect of same..
