Preparation method of colquhoumia root slices
The invention belongs to the field of medicine manufacturing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of colquhoumia root tablets, which comprises the following steps: cleaning and selecting raw materials by an operator; then adding the cleaned and selected medicinal materials into a crushing device for coarse crushing; putting the coarsely crushed material into a heating kettle by an operator, and then adding a feeding amount for heating extraction; the clear paste is pumped into an alcohol precipitation tank, ethyl alcohol is added, the filtrate is put into the concentrator to be subjected to vacuum concentration, and extract is obtained; performing one-step granulation: performing hot melting on the extract by an operator, then adding auxiliary materials, and turning on a switch of a peristaltic pump, so that heat exchange in the whole process is in a balanced state; drying the particles by an operator; the dried particles are sieved through a 18-mesh sieve to be shaped, the obtained particles are added into a pyramid mixer and totally mixed to obtain totally mixed particles, and then the totally mixed particles are subjected to compression molding. According to the scheme, the problems that the weight difference of tablets during tabletting in the subsequent process is influenced by traditional swinging granulation, and the product quality cannot be guaranteed are solved..
