Polydopamine-coated calcium peroxide drug-loaded nanosphere as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a polydopamine-coated calcium peroxide drug-loaded nanosphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing an inorganic matter calcium salt in a methanol solution of a template agent, adjusting the pH value and stirring, adding an H2O2 solution, and centrifuging, washing and drying after stirring to obtain a calcium peroxide nanosphere; dispersing the calcium peroxide nanospheres in an ethanol solution to obtain a calcium peroxide nanosphere dispersion system; under the stirring condition, adding a dopamine hydrochloride aqueous solution into the calcium peroxide nanosphere dispersion system, then adding an aqueous solution containing chemotherapeutic drugs, adjusting the pH value to 7-8, and stirring for 12-24 hours in a dark place; and centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the drug-loaded nanospheres with calcium peroxide coated with polydopamine. The polydopamine-coated calcium peroxide drug-loaded nanospheres obtained by the method have the characteristics of good biocompatibility and biodegradability and capability of being combined with light photothermal, and can realize treatment of superficial tumors..
