Alcoholic liver injury cell protection preparation containing lipoic acid or lipoic amide analogue and application of alcoholic liver injury cell protection preparation
The invention relates to a cell protection preparation containing lipoic acid or a lipoic amide analogue for alcoholic liver injury and application of the cell protection preparation, and the lipoic amide analogue is N-(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl)-5-(1, 2-dithiolan-3-yl) pentanamide (DMAE-LA for short). The invention confirms the effective dose range of LA and DMAE-LA for inhibiting ethanol and acetaldehyde induced cell death; pI dye fluorescence imaging is adopted, and it is confirmed that LA and DMAE-LA improve physiological interference of ethyl alcohol on AML12 cytoplasmic membrane potential; the DHE superoxide fluorescent probe is used for proving that LA and DMAE-LA effectively remove active oxygen; compared with LA, DMAE-LA can more effectively protect the completeness of mitochondria and lysosome. The analogue containing lipoic acid or lipoic amide can protect cells from cytotoxicity induced by ethanol or acetaldehyde, and can be used as a sulfur-containing drug with a good protection effect on liver tissues..
