Application of AQP7 in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis prediction of bladder cancer
The invention discloses application of AQP7 in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis prediction of bladder cancer. The invention finds that the expression quantity of AQP7 in bladder cancer tissues is obviously lower than that in para-carcinoma normal tissues, and the overall lifetime and the progression-free lifetime of AQP7 high-expression patients are obviously higher than those of AQP7 low-expression bladder cancer patients; therefore, the invention provides application of a reagent for detecting AQP7 in preparing a product for diagnosing the bladder cancer/predicting the prognosis of the bladder cancer and a kit for diagnosing the bladder cancer/predicting the prognosis of the bladder cancer. The invention also finds that overexpression of the AQP7 can inhibit proliferation, migration and invasion ability of bladder cancer cells, so that the invention also provides application of the AQP7 in preparation of the pharmaceutical composition for treating bladder cancer and the pharmaceutical composition for treating bladder cancer..
