COVID‐19 organizing pneumonia with sudden dyspnea in an asymptomatic survivor
Key message This case shows that COVID‐19 survivors can develop delayed‐type pneumonia with sudden respiratory distress that responds dramatically to steroid treatment after remaining asymptomatic for more than several weeks, although pulmonary involvement of post‐COVID‐19 syndrome is often accompanied by long‐term and severe sequelae such as pulmonary fibrosis..
