BAZELE REVOLUŢIONARE ALE ORDINII CONSTITUŢIONALE ROMÂNEŞTI DUPĂ 1989
<p<Revenirea României la ordinea constituţională democratică, după patru decenii de totalitarism, s-a produs printr-o <br /<revoluţie aparent spontană, condusă de o fracţiune anticeauşistă a vechiului partid comunist, preocupată de conservarea <br /<reţelelor ei de putere. Din acest motiv, configurarea noilor instituţii politice a reunit atât tendinţe radical-liberale, cât şi <br /<tendinţele de conservare a Establishment-ului naţional-comunist. În procesul genezei noii ordini constituţionale post-<br /<comuniste, remarcăm contribuţiile a două instituţii cu legitimare revoluţionară: Consiliul Frontului Salvării Naţionale şi <br /<Consiliul Provizoriu de Uniune Naţioanlă.</p<<p<<strong<THE REVOLUTIONARY GROUNDS OF POST-1989 ROMANIAN CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER</strong<</p<<p<Romania’s comeback to democratic constitutional order, after four decades of totalitarianism, was the result of an <br /<apparently spontaneous revolution, led by an anti-Ceaușescu faction from the former communist party, which was <br /<interested in preserving its power networks. For this reason, the configuration of the new political institutions brought <br /<together radical-liberal tendencies as well as a proclivity towards the preservation of the national-communist Establishment. <br /<In the genesis of the new post-communist constitutional order, it is worth noting the contributions of two institutions <br /<legitimized by the revolution: the National Salvation Front Council and the Provisional National Unity Council.</p<.
