Creative Leadership and School Administration in the New Normal
This academic article was about the administration of educational institutions in the new normal by using the concept of creative leadership, the new normal, and educational management be concordant with the situation of the new normal as a framework of presentation for the School administrators, who were regarded as the practical unit level, will truly reflect the quality of education. Particularly the school administrators have to perform creative leadership in various ways to create concrete in maintaining the quality and standards of education, and must integrate the government’s policies under preventive measures of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic have been strictly implemented, be concordant with the context of educational institutions, which is a new normal of educational institution administration. It’s a challenge for administrators that must use creative leadership to apply in solving problems to fulfill students’ potential under circumstances and limitations as well as adjusting learning management methods to suit the new normal, whether the curriculums, teaching formats, educational evaluation as a new approaching, and teacher development, including listen to feedback from teachers, parents, students, communities, and resources management in order of priorities..
