The Ministerial Regulation Number 3 of 2019 concerning the use of electronic systems and 7 of 2019 is concerning changes in the form of certificates. The various ministerial regulations is a step forward and expected to make it easier for the public to get services, especially Electronic HT registration by utilizing technological developments, considered suitable with the current situation of the Indonesian state which are facing the COVID-19 outbreak..
