疼痛管理培训对肿瘤医院护士癌痛知识的影响分析 : = Analysis of the Impact of Pain Management Training on Cancer Pain Knowledge of Cancer Hospital Nurses
目的探讨疼痛管理培训对肿瘤医院护士癌痛知识的影响。方法选取2019年4—6月湖南省肿瘤医院在职的98名护士作为研究对象进行疼痛管理培训,采用该院设计的肿瘤医院护士癌痛管理知识与态度调查问卷调查培训前后护士对癌痛知识的影响,分析疼痛管理培训对肿瘤医院护士的应用价值。结果培训后,护士对非药物镇痛方法掌握率87.76%、WHO三阶梯镇痛方案掌握率96.94%、肿瘤疼痛基础知识掌握率90.82%、癌痛评估方法掌握率89.80%和安抚沟通技巧掌握率83.67%程度高于培训前(P<0.05),护士对癌痛管理知识培训、对癌痛患者进行镇痛措施、癌痛评估过程、癌痛情况记录和对癌痛患者心理安抚持肯定态度比例明显高于培训前(P<0.05),疼痛管理培训后患者护理满意度97.83%明显高于培训前84.78%(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理培训可有效提高肿瘤医院护士癌痛知识掌握度,帮助肿瘤医院护士学习正确的癌痛知识,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。.
Objective To explore the impact of pain management training on cancer pain knowledge among nurses in cancer hospitals. Methods A total of 98 nurses serving in Hunan Cancer Hospital from April to June 2019 were selected as subjects for training in pain management. The cancer pain management knowledge and attitude survey conducted by the hospital's cancer hospital nurses Questionnaire survey was conducted on the impact of nurses on cancer pain knowledge before and after training, and the application value of pain management training to nurses in cancer hospitals was analyzed. Results After training, the nurses had a mastery rate of non-drug analgesics of 87.76%, a mastery rate of WHO three-step analgesic program of 96.94%, a mastery rate of tumor pain basic knowledge of 90.82%, a mastery rate of cancer pain assessment methods of 89.80%, and a mastery of soothing communication skills The rate was 83.67% higher than before training(P<0.05).The nurses trained in cancer pain management, performed pain relief measures for cancer pain patients, evaluated the cancer pain process, recorded the condition of cancer pain, and held a positive attitude towards psychological comfort for cancer pain patients, the proportion was significantly higher than before training(P<0.05), and the satisfaction degree of patient care after training in pain management was 97.83% significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05). Conclusion The pain management training can effectively improve the cancer pain knowledge of cancer hospital nurses, help the nurses in the cancer hospital to learn the correct cancer pain knowledge, and improve patient care satisfaction, which is worth popularizing and applying..
