院外癌痛患者的疼痛现状调查与分析 : = Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Discharged Patients with Cancer Pain
目的:调查院外癌痛患者的疼痛现状,分析影响镇痛药使用的相关因素。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2017年3月～2018年2月期间某医院肿瘤内科住院的癌痛患者133例,在患者出院1个月后使用疼痛治疗指数、癌痛控制障碍问卷进行调查。结果:133例患者在出院1个月后,91%患者有不同程度的疼痛,48.9%患者出现便秘,超过50%患者使用放松活动、热敷、按摩等非药物止痛方法来缓解疼痛,77.4%患者按医嘱使用镇痛药。疼痛治疗顾虑、出现疼痛时间和入院疼痛程度均影响遵医嘱用药行为。结论:院外癌痛患者的疼痛管理仍有不足,疼痛治疗顾虑较重,医务人员需加强对患者癌痛知识的教育,提高患者的疼痛管理水平,改善生存质量。.
Objective:To investigate the current situation of discharged patients with cancer pain and analyze its relevant factors influencing the use of analgesics.Methods:From March 2017 to February 2018,totally 133 patients with cancer pain were selected from the internal oncology of one hospital and investigated via convenience sampling method using Pain Management Index Questionnaire and Barriers Questionnaire one month after discharge.Results:One month after discharge,91% of the 133 investigated patients had pain to varying degrees;48.9% had constipation;Over 50% used non-drug analgesic methods such as relaxation activities,hot compress,massage and etc.to relieve pain and 77.4% were prescribed analgesics.The act of taking medicine as prescribed was affected by the anxieties toward pain treatment,the time in pain and the degree of pain at admission.Conclusion:There was poor management of pain in discharged patients with cancer pain while the anxieties toward pain treatment are high.Strengthening the knowledge education of cancer pain,medical staff should improve patients' abilities of pain management and their quality of life..
