基于BN和模糊评判的异型烟分拣系统故障诊断 : = Fault Diagnosis of Profiled Cigarette Sorting System Based on BN and Fuzzy Evaluation

针对异型烟分拣系统故障诊断中存在的复杂性和不确定性问题,提出了贝叶斯网络(BN)与模糊评判相结合的故障诊断方法。该方法在利用贝叶斯网络推理故障发生概率的基础上,较为全面地考虑了故障复杂性对诊断结果的影响,利用故障排查难度、维修难度、诊断准确性和故障对整条分拣线的影响程度等因素构成的故障复杂性模糊评判值修正贝叶斯网络诊断结果。通过异型烟分拣系统的故障诊断实例验证了该方法的有效性,可为故障的预防与排查提供科学依据。.

Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty in the fault diagnosis of the profiled cigarette sorting system,a fault diagnosis method combining Bayesian network( BN) and fuzzy evaluation is proposed.Based on the Bayesian network to infer the probability of failure,it considers the influence of fault complexity on the diagnosis results comprehensively,and modifies the Bayesian network diagnosis results by using the fuzzy evaluation value of fault complexity,which is composed of the difficulty of fault detection,maintenance,diagnostic accuracy and the influence degree of fault on the whole sorting line. The validity of the method is verified by an example of fault diagnosis of profield cigarette sorting system,which provides a scientific basis for fault prevention and investigation..
