This paper introduced the clinical experience of the national old traditional Chinese medicine experts CHEN Jifan in the treatment of gouty arthritis. Professor CHEN Jizhen believes that the spleen-Yang deficiency of gouty arthritis is the basic cause. Internal accumulation of dampness turbidity is the important cause.
