舒琦瑾教授防治肿瘤治疗不良反应之药组拾萃 : = Analysis of Professor Shu Qijin's Paired Herbs in Preventing and Treating Side Effects of Anti-tumor Treatment
手术、放化疗及分子靶向治疗等是目前主要的肿瘤治疗方式,这些治疗方式常伴发各种不良反应,如手足综合征、口腔溃疡、周围神经病变、骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎等。舒琦瑾教授对此类不良反应的治疗体会颇深,临床疗效显著。舒教授以为肿瘤疾病的病机总属正虚邪毒,不良反应的治疗当以扶正抗癌为基本大法,再根据各种不良反应之主病机,运用相应药组,分别佐以清热解毒、温阳活血、养阴退热、滋阴助阳、凉血疏风、清热化湿之品,力求药简功专,标本兼治。.
Surgery, chemoradiotherapy and molecular targeted therapy are the main tumor treatments. These treatments are often accompanied by various adverse reactions while producing therapeutic effects such as hand-foot syndrome(HFS), oral ulcers, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN), myelosuppression, radiation pneumonitis and so on.For the treatment of these adverse reactions,Professor Shu Qijin has a deep understanding,and the clinical effect is remarkable.He believes that the pathogenic basis of tumor diseases is deficiency of vital energy and toxin. And the treatment of adverse reactionsshould be based on the Fuzheng and anti-cancer.Then,according to the main pathogenesis of various adverse reactions to use corresponding paired herbs, such as Heat-clearing and detoxifing drugs,warming Yang and promoting Blood circulation drugs,Yin-nourishing antipyretic drugs,nourishing Yin and promoting Yang drugs,cooling Blood and soothing Wind drugs,Heat-clearing and Damp-dissolving drugs.Objective to simplify the medicine and treat both the symptoms and the root causes..
