直读光谱仪测定回收铜米的铜及杂质含量 : = Determination of Copper and Impurities in Recycling Copper Rice By Direct Reading Spectrometer

直读光谱仪作为一种便捷、快速的检测方法,但对杂质较多的回收铜米无法分析,本文通过对回收铜米进行初筛,吸附铁粉处理后,将样品铸锭,然后通过与国家标准中的分析方法进行对比,得出直读光谱仪能较好分析出回收铜米中的铅、锡含量,铜、锌、镍的含量有一定的偏差。因此可用直读光谱仪分析回收铜米中的铜及杂质含量,为合理利用回收铜米提供重要的参考价值。.

Direct reading spectrometer is a convenient and rapid detection method,but it can't analyze the recovered copper rice with more impurities.The primary screening of the recovered copper rice was adopted,after the adsorption of iron powder,the sample was ingot and then passed through the country.Comparing the analytical methods in the standard,it was concluded that the direct reading spectrometer can better analyze the content of lead and tin in the recovered copper rice,and the content of copper,zinc and nickel had a certain deviation.Therefore,the direct reading spectrometer can be used to analyze the copper and impurity content in the recovered copper rice,which provided an important reference value for the rational use of recycled copper rice..
