肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎的预后危险因素分析 : = Analysis of prognostic risk factors for liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis
目的研究影响肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎预后的危险因素。方法选取2009年3月～2018年6月90例在我院诊治肝硬化并发自发性细菌性腹膜炎(SBP)且腹水培养阳性的患者作为本次研究的对象,收集患者的临床资料进行危险因素分析,并对差异有统计学意义的因素进行独立危险因素Logistic回归分析。结果经对比研究发现,消化道出血、血清白蛋白、血清钠水平是影响肝硬化并SBP患者预后的独立危险因素。结论对肝硬化并自发性细菌性腹膜炎的预后危险因素进行分析,为临床有效的预防和治疗提供参考。.
Objective To study the risk factors affecting the prognosis of liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. Methods 90 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with SBP and ascites culture positive who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2009 to June 2018 were selected as research objects.The clinical data of the patients were collected for risk factor analysis,and the risk factors of statistically significant differences were analyzed by independent risk factor Logistic regression. Results A comparative study found that gastrointestinal bleeding,serum albumin and serum sodium levels were independent risk factors for prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with SBP. Conclusion The prognostic risk factors for liver cirrhosis complicated with spontaneous bacterial peritonitis are analyzed to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment..
