太仓口岸2014—2017年出入境人员梅毒流行情况分析及防控对策 : = Epidemiological Investigation and Prevention and Control of Syphilis among Entry-Exit Personnel in Taicang Port from 2014 to 2017
目的了解梅毒在太仓口岸出入境人员中的流行状况,以控制梅毒在口岸的跨境传播。方法按照《国境口岸梅毒检验规程》(SN/T 1210-2003)要求,对2014年1月-2017年12月太仓口岸出入境人员的血清样本进行TP-ELISA筛查试验和TPPA确认试验。采用Microsoft Excel软件对数据进行整理分析。结果 2014年至2017年间经太仓口岸出入境的人员共2237名,检出梅毒阳性感染者14名,总检出率为625.84/10万;男性检出率为790.75/10万,女性检出率为168.63/10万,男女性别比为4.69:1;阳性病例中40～70岁年龄段占85.71%;来自亚洲和美国的感染者占92.86%。结论 2014年1月-2017年12月间太仓口岸出入境人员梅毒检出率明显高于江苏口岸平均水平,且梅毒流行水平呈上升趋势。男性梅毒感染率明显高于女性。感染者主要集中于中老年人。感染者主要来自亚洲和北美洲。应从多方面优化梅毒防控对策,防止梅毒经太仓口岸传入传出。.
Objective In order to understand the prevalence of syphilis at Taicang port,and to control the spread of syphilis across the border. Methods According to Examination codes for syphilis at frontier port(SN/T1210-2003),all international travelers were blooded and were tested for TP at Taicang port from January 2014 to December 2017,TP-ELISA was used as screening test and TPPA as confirmation test. The results were organized and analyzed with Microsoft Excel. Result 2237 entry-exit persons were tested form January 2014 to December2017 totally,and 14 persons infected with syphilis were detected,the total detection rate is 625.84/100,000;male detection rate is 790.75/100,000,and female detection rate is 168.63/100,000,the sex ratio is 4.69:1;among the positive cases,40-70-year age group accounts for 85.71%;92.86% of the infected people are from Asia and America. Conclusion From January 2014 to December 2017,the detection rate of syphilis in entry-exit persons at Taicang port is apparently higher than that at Jiangsu port,and the prevalence of syphilis is on the upward trend. Male syphilis infection rate is significantly higher than female. Most of the patients are in the middle and old age. The infected are mainly from Asia and North America. We should optimize the prevention and control strategies of syphilis in many ways,and prevent syphilis from spreading at Taicang port..
