合肥市医疗卫生机构传染病防治分类监督综合评价试点工作效果分析 : = Analysis of comprehensive evaluation effect of classified supervision of infectious diseases prevention and treatment in medical and health institutions in Hefei City
目的分析合肥市医疗卫生机构传染病防治分类监督综合评价效果,为传染病防治监督工作提供依据。方法在合肥市辖区选择采供血机构、各级各类医疗机构、疾病预防控制机构进行分类监督、综合评价,按照评分结果进行分类管理。结果分类监督的医疗卫生机构分别为71家、511家、516家;经标化后年得分率:医疗机构2015年>2016年>2017年,疾控机构2017年>2016年>2015年、采供血机构差异无统计学意义;病原微生物实验室生物安全、消毒隔离、医疗废物处置各关键项满分率分别为18.67%、15.66%、6.55%。结论分类监督提高了传染病防治监督工作效率与水平;分类监督的重点是医疗机构,关键项是医疗废物处置。.
Objective To analyze the comprehensive evaluation effect of classified supervision of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in medical and health institutions in Hefei City, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods The blood supply institutions, various types of medical institutions, and disease prevention and control institutions at various levels in Hefei City were selected in this study. The effect of classified supervision and management of infectious diseases of these institutions was analyzed and evaluated. Results The number of medical and health institutions implementing classified supervision was 71, and 511 and 516, respectively. The annual score after standardization for medical institutions was 2015>2016>2017, and for disease control institutions was 2017>2016>2015. There was no statistical significance in the annual score for the blood supply institutions. The full mark rates in biosafety of pathogenic microorganisms, laboratory disinfection and isolation, and disposal of medical waste were 18.67%, 15.66%, and 6.55%, respectively. Conclusion The classified supervision improved the efficiency and level of prevention and treatment of the infectious diseases. The focus of classified supervision should be medical institutions, and the key item should be medical waste disposal..
