2011—2018年武汉市某区水痘流行特征分析 : = Epidemiological characteristics of varicella in a district of Wuhan, 2011-2018
目的分析2011—2018年武汉市某区水痘的流行特征,为针对性地制定防控工作措施提供依据。方法收集该区2011—2018年水痘病例数据,采用描述流行病学方法,使用SAS University Edition软件进行统计分析。结果 2011—2018年武汉市某区共报告水痘病例8 733例,年均报告发病率82.47/10万。0～14岁病例数占报告病例总数的51.87%。每年10～12月(42.12%)、4～6月(25.13%)病例数较多。男女性别发病比为1.43∶1,职业分布以学生(65.23%)为主。各街道(乡镇)均有病例报告,关山街、珞南街、狮子山街居前3位,占55.22%。结论武汉市某区水痘发病率较高,季节性升高的流行病学特征明显,15岁以下学生是水痘防控的重点人群,应采取综合防控措施,提高水痘疫苗接种率。建议将水痘纳入法定丙类传染病管理。.
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of varicella in a district of Wuhan from 2011 to 2018, and to provide a basis for formulating targeted prevention and control measures. Methods Data on varicella cases in this area from 2011 to 2018 were collected, and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to perform statistical analysis using SAS University Edition. Results A total of 8 733 varicella cases were reported in this district of Wuhan from 2011 to 2018. The average incidence rate per year was 82.47/100 000. The number of cases aged 0-14 accounted for 51.87% of the total reported cases. The numbers of cases were large from October to December(accounting for 42.12%), and from April to June(accounting for 25.13%), which were more than the other months. The male-to-female incidence ratio was 1.43∶1, and the occupational distribution was mainly students(65.23%). Cases were reported in the whole district, while the top three sub-districts were Guanshan Street, Luonan Street, and Shizishan Street, totally accounting for 55.22%. Conclusion The incidence of varicella was high in the investigated district of Wuhan, and the epidemiological characteristics of seasonal variation was obvious. Students under 15 years of age were the key population for varicella prevention and control. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be adopted to increase the vaccination rate of varicella vaccine. It is suggested that varicella should be included in the management of statutory Class C infectious diseases..
