中、青年心肌梗塞PCI术后患者的超声与冠脉造影应用分析 : = Application of Echocardiography and Coronary Angiography in Young and Middle-Aged Patients with Myocardial Infarction after PCI
目的:分析超声心动图对中年、青年心肌梗塞PCI术后患者左室壁运动与冠脉造影的特点。材料与方法:对PCI术后年龄<44岁的青年急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者45例(青年组)与同期同病年龄>45岁、<60岁的AMI患者45例(中年组)进行超声评价,分析两组左室壁运动情况及冠脉造影的特点。结果:青年组与对照组的广泛前壁与下壁、后壁运动异常最常见;冠脉造影显示累及LAD及RCA最多;青年组广泛前壁及下、后壁运动异常在冠脉造影中显示为LAD及RCA受累。结论:PCI术后患者,青年的下、后壁运动异常较多,中年的广泛前壁及心尖部运动异常较常见,而中年心肌梗塞患者需更加注意心尖部的运动情况。.
Purpose:To analyze the characteristics of left ventricular wall motion and coronary angiography in young and middle-aged patients with myocardial infarction after PCI. Materials and Methods:The left ventricular wall motion and the characteristics of coronary angiography were analyzed in 45 patients with AMI under 44 years old after PCI, and 45 patients with AMI over 45 under 60 years old at the same time. Results:Widespread anterior and inferior wall and posterior wall motion abnormalities were most common in the youth group and the control group. Coronary angiography showed that LAD and RCA were most involved. Widespread anterior, inferior and posterior wall motion abnormalities in the youth group also showed that LAD and RCA were involved in coronary angiography.
