宫颈癌是常见的威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生发展与人乳头瘤状病毒息息相关,且宫颈癌及癌前病变的有效筛查可明显降低晚期宫颈癌的发生率以及病死率。本文对近几年与宫颈癌筛查相关的文献进行综述,比较不同筛查方式对宫颈癌及癌前病变筛查的应用价值,探讨适合我国不同医疗资源地区的筛查方案,为医疗资源有限的地区提供可参考、恰当的宫颈癌筛查方案。.
Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors threatening women's health.The occurrence and development of cervical cancer are correlated with human papillomavirus infection,and the effective screening can significantly reduce the incidence of advanced cervical cancer and the mortality.This paper reviews the literature on cervical cancer screening in recent years,compares the values of different screening methods in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,explores the screening schemes suitable for different medical resources,and provides an appropriate cervical cancer screening program for regions with limited medical resources..
