肾消融去交感神经术治疗难治性高血压的研究进展 : = Progression of renal sympathetic denervation for resistant hypertension
目前我国约有2.7亿高血压患者,其中难治性高血压约占5%～20%。药物是控制高血压的重要方法,但难治性高血压患者药物控制效果不佳。肾消融去交感神经术通过消融分布于肾动脉血管壁中的交感神经纤维,达到控制血压的目的。近年来关于肾消融去交感神经术治疗难治性高血压的研究越来越多。本文就肾消融去交感神经术治疗难治性高血压的研究进展作一综述。.
At present, there are about 270 million hypertensive patients in China, and resistant hypertension accounts for 5% to 20% of total hypertension. Drugs treatment is an important method to control hypertension, but it is not significant for patients with resistant hypertension. Renal sympathetic denervation can achieve the purpose of controlling blood pressure by ablating the sympathetic nerve fibers distributing in the blood vessel wall of the renal artery. In recent years, more and more studies focus on renal sympathetic denervation for resistant hypertension.
