基于AHP和DEMATEL的员工模糊容忍度影响因素研究 : = Study on Influence Factors of Miner's Tolerance of Ambiguity Based on AHP and DEMATEL

在企业生产过程中,产生不安全的行为因素有很多,模糊容忍度作为一种人格特质也会对员工的不安全行为产生影响。为了减少员工不安全行为的产生,保障员工的人身安全,通过研读相关文献,凝练了关于模糊容忍度的3大类影响因素和12类子因素。综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)两种方法对模糊容忍度各影响因素的影响程度进行了计算,结果发现思维方式、学习能力、观察能力、解决问题、回避不确定情境等5种因素对员工的模糊容忍度水平影响程度较深,其中思维方式的综合影响度达到了0. 278 8,是模糊容忍度的主要致因。企业管理者可以从这5种因素出发,采取相关措施对员工的模糊容忍度进行干预。.

In the production process of enterprises,there are many factors that affect unsafe behavior. Tolerance of ambiguity as a personality trait will also affect employees' unsafe behavior. Reducing the occurrence of unsafe behavior of employees can guarantee the personal safety of employees. By studying the relevant literature,three categories of influencing factors and 12 sub-factors on tolerance of ambiguity are condensed. The analytic hierarchy process( AHP)and the decision-making test and evaluation laboratory( DEMATEL) are used to calculate the influence degree of each influencing factor of tolerance of ambiguity. The results show that the way of thinking,learning ability,observation ability,problem solving,avoidance uncertain situations,have deeper impact on employees' fuzzy tolerance levels,the comprehensive influence of the way of thinking reaches 0. 2788,so it is the main cause of fuzzy tolerance. Relevant departments can proceed from these five factors and actively to take measures to intervene in tolerance of ambiguity..
