ACE2基因多态性与冠心病的相关性研究 : = Association of ACE2 Gene Polymorphism with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)基因多态性和冠心病(CHD)的相关性。方法入选179例疑似冠心病行冠脉造影(CAG)的患者,按CAG结果分为冠心病组和非冠心病组。检测4个ACE2 tag SNPs(rs2074192,rs4646171,rs4646155和rs2106809)的基因型。结果因ACE2基因位于X染色体,故按照性别进行比较。女性中,rs2106809位点TT+CT基因型携带者有较高的冠心病患病危险(P=0.027),logistic回归校正可能对CHD有影响的变量后,rs2106809多态在显性模型和女性CHD存在关联(P=0.014, OR=15.026,95%CI=1.731-130.443)。男性中,各位点两组间等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACE2基因中的常见变异可能影响女性CHD的发生。.

Objective To explore the association of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2) gene polymorphism with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods A total of 179 patients who were referred to coronary angiography(CAG) for the evaluation of suspected CHD were enrolled in the present study. Four ACE2 tag SNPs(rs2106809, rs2074192, rs4646155 and rs4646176) were genotyped. Results Analyses were conducted by gender, because the ACE2 gene is on the X chromosome. In female subjects, carriers of the rs2106809 TT+CT genotype were at higher risk of CHD(P=0.027). Subsequent stepwise logistic regression to adjust for covariates revealed that ACE2 rs2106809 was associated with CHD in female patients(P=0.014, OR=15.026, 95%CI= 1.731-130.443) in a dominant mode of inheritance. None of the polymorphisms had any association with CHD in male patients. Conclusion common genetic variants in the ACE2 gene might impact on CHD in females..
