基于ClinicalTrials.gov的天然抗肿瘤药临床试验注册特点研究 : = Characteristics of clinical trials of natural antineoplastic agents registered in ClinicalTrials.gov

目的:基于ClinicalTrial. gov研究天然抗肿瘤药临床试验注册特点。方法:全面检索CliicalTrials. gov临床试验注册平台,采用文献计量学方法从注册数量、研究阶段、国家/地区、适应证、研究类型等对天然抗肿瘤药临床试验注册特点进行分析。结果:全球天然抗肿瘤药临床试验注册数量有256项,以干预性研究和观察性研究为主;北美和欧洲是主要开展临床试验注册的地区,美国开展临床试验最多,有181项;临床试验申办机构也是以美国机构为主,其中美国国家癌症研究所(NCI)临床试验数量最多,有92项;从注册阶段来看,处于Ⅱ期临床的数量最多,有58项;共涉及511个适应证,以消化系统肿瘤、白血病和淋巴瘤为主;治疗方式有11种,药物治疗占据主导地位,其中贝伐单抗和顺铂的临床试验数量最多。结论:通过对天然抗肿瘤药的临床试验进行多角度深入分析,可以了解该领域临床试验的研究现状和发展态势,从情报学角度为肿瘤研究和新药研发提供研究方向和研究思路。.

Objective: To discuss the characteristics of clinical trials of natural antineoplastic agents registered in ClinicalTrials. gov. Methods: This paper retrieved clinical trials of natural antineoplastic agents in the ClinicalTrials. gov,cleaned and analyzed the data,and discussed the registration numbers,trial phases,country/region distribution,indications,study type and other aspects. Results: There were 256 registered clinical trials,mainly interventional and observational research. North America and Europe were the main study sites,and the United States was the country that had carried out the largest number of clinical trials with 181 ones. The National Cancer Institute(NCI) had sponsored 92 clinical trials,with the highest number. 58 of the registrations were phase II studies. There were a total of 511 indications,mainly digestive system tumors,leukemia and lymphomas. There were 11 kinds of treatment methods,and drug therapy occupied a dominant position,among which bevacizumab and cisplatin had the largest numbers of clinical trials. Conclusion: The in depth analysis of clinical trials information can help to understand the current situation and development trends in the field of natural antineoplastic agents,and also provide research directions and ideas for cancer research and drug discovery from the perspective of informatics..
