IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3蛋白在胃癌患者组织中的表达及与疾病进展的关系研究 : = Expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 Protein in Tissues of Gastric Cancer Patientsand Its Relationship with Disease Progression
目的分析胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3的表达水平与疾病进展的关系。方法选取68例胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化检测癌组织及癌旁组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3的表达水平,统计分析胃癌患者治疗后6个月、12个月的疾病进展情况与癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达的相关性。结果胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈阴性(-)、弱阳性表达(+)的比例均低于癌旁组织,而胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈中强阳性表达(++)、强阳性表达(+++)的比例均明显高于癌旁组织,患者治疗后6个月疾病进展的比例为57. 35%,患者治疗后12个月疾病进展的比例为72. 06%,IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈中强阳性表达(++)、强阳性表达(+++)的患者,0. 5年、1年的生存率、复发、转移比例均明显高于IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈阴性(-)、弱阳性表达(+)患者。结论胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈高表达,并且IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达水平与胃癌疾病进展呈现明显的正相关性。.
Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 and the progression of the disease in gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from September2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues The levels of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in cancer tissues were statistically analyzed after 6 months and 12 months of treatment. Results The expressions of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues were negative(-) and weakly positive( +),but the expressions of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues were lower than that in paracancerous tissues The positive rates of strong positive expression( + +) and strong positive expression( + + +) were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues. The rate of disease progression at 6 months after treatment was 57. 35%. The rate of disease progression at 12 months after treatment Was 72. 06%. The expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues was moderately strong positive( + +). The patients with strong positive expression( + ++) had 0. 5 years,1 year survival rate,recurrence and metastasis The proportions of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 were negative(-) and weakly positive( +),respectively. Conclusion The expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues was highly expressed,and the expression of IL-11,STAT3 and P-STAT3 was positively correlated with the progression of gastric cancer..
