水性聚氨酯对亚麻织物抗皱整理的工艺探讨 : = Exploration of crease resistant finishing technology for linen fabric with waterborne polyurethane
针对亚麻织物经树脂抗皱整理后甲醛释放量高的问题,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)、乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS)和亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO_3)为原料,合成了封端水性聚氨酯,并对亚麻织物进行了抗皱整理,探讨了最佳整理工艺。结果表明,水性聚氨酯的最佳整理工艺为:水性聚氨酯整理剂质量浓度100 g/L,催化剂质量浓度15 g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间3 min。.
Aiming at the problem of high formaldehyde release from linen fabric after crease resistant finishing with DMDHEU resin, akind of waterborne end capped polyurethane is synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate( IPDI), polyethylene glycol( PEG), sodiumethylenediamine sulfonate( AAS) and sodium bisulfite( NaHSO_3), and then is applied to crease resistant finishing of linen fabric. Theoptimum finishing process is discussed. The results show that the optimum finishing process is as follows: water-borne polyurethane finishingagent of 100 g/L, catalyst of 15 g/L, and curing at 160 ℃ for 3 min..
