剖宫产后疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的临床探究 : = Clinical study on delivery mode of scar uterus after cesarean section
目的:研究剖宫产后疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的选择及其应用效果。方法:选取收治的剖宫产后疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇120例(其中A组80例剖宫产,B组40例阴道分娩)纳入试验组,另选同期阴道分娩的非疤痕子宫妊娠产妇60例为对照组,统计和比较A组和B组、B组和对照组的产褥病发生率、产时出血量和住院时间。结果:B组40例阴道分娩方式,30例顺利分娩,10例阴道分娩未成功后实施剖宫产,阴道分娩率为25%。A组产褥病率高于B组,产时出血量和住院时间均多于B组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。B组产褥病率高于对照组,产时出血量和产后住院时间均多于对照组,但数据无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产后疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇选择阴道分娩时效果较好,能有效降低其产褥病率,减少出血量并缩短其住院时间,临床价值较高。.
Objective:To study the choice of delivery mode and its application effect of scar uterus after cesarean section.Methods:120 pregnant women with scar uterus after cesarean section(80 cases of cesarean section in group A and 40 cases of vaginal delivery in group B)were selected and included into the experimental group.Another 60 non-scar cervical pregnancy pregnant women who delivered vaginally at the same time were selected as the control group.The incidence rate of puerperal diseases,the amount of bleeding during delivery and the hospitalization time of group A and group B,group B and the control group were statistically compared.Results:40 cases of vaginal delivery in group b,30 cases of successful delivery,10 cases of cesarean section after unsuccessful vaginal delivery,vaginal delivery rate was 25%.The puerperal disease rate in group a was higher than that in group b,the amount of bleeding during childbirth and the length of hospital stay were both higher than those in group b,the data difference was significant(p<0.05).The puerperal disease rate in group b was higher than that in the control group.the amount of bleeding during delivery and the length of stay after delivery were both higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference in data(p>0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal delivery is a good choice for women with scar uterus after cesarean section,which can effectively reduce the puerperal disease rate,reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the hospitalization time,and has high clinical value..
