低频重复经颅磁刺激结合言语训练对小儿脑瘫言语障碍的影响 : = The Effect of Low Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combining with Speech Training on Speech Disorders in Children with Cerebral Palsy
目的研究低频重复经颅磁刺激联合言语训练治疗小儿脑瘫言语障碍的效果。方法随机选择脑瘫言语障碍患儿200例,对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗和言语训练,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对比两组患儿的发育商、口部运动功能评分等。结果治疗3个月后,口部运动功能评分、大运动、精细动作、适应力、语言行为、社交行为的发育商,观察组患儿均高于对照组患儿,P <0. 05。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激疗法的应用能够促进脑瘫言语障碍的智力发育,改善口部运动功能,值得推广。.
Objective To study the effect of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combining with speech training in the treatment of speech disorders in children with cerebral palsy. Methods200 children with cerebral palsy speech disorders were selected as objective and randomly divided into two groups:100 children as the control group receiving the conventional drug therapy and speech training and 100 children as the observation group receiving the conventional drug therapy and speech training simultaneous low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation. Then,the developmental quotient and oral motor function score of the two groups were compared. Results Three months after treatment,the developmental quotients of oral motor function score,major movement,fine movement,adaptability,language behavior and social behavior in the observation were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy can promote the intelligence development of children with cerebral palsy speech disorders and improve their mouth movement function,which is worthy of being popularized..
