云南省2005—2014年汉族中小学生龋齿患病情况 : = Analysis on prevalence of dental caries in primary and secondary school students of Han nationality in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2014
目的了解云南省汉族学生2005,2010,2014年龋齿患病情况及其变化趋势,为开展学生龋齿防治工作提供参考。方法抽取2005,2010,2014年云南省学生体质健康调研数据库中7,9,12,14,17岁汉族学生龋齿相关数据进行分析,描述龋患检出率、龋失补构成比及龋均等指标。结果云南省汉族学生2005,2010,2014年乳牙龋患检出率分别为47.4%,50.4%,46.0%,处于全国相对较高水平;3个年度恒牙龋患率分别为10.2%,17.4%,9.8%,处于全国相对较低水平;3个年度龋补构成比均较低(乳牙分别为11.25%,4.55%,6.81%,恒牙分别为29.11%,11.75%,13.25%);3个年度乳龋龋均分别为1.63,2.14,1.82,恒龋龋均分别为0.17,0.46,0.17。结论云南省汉族学生龋患率高(乳牙龋齿尤为明显)、龋补率低,龋齿防治宣传需加强,口腔卫生保健服务的质量和覆盖面需进一步提高和扩大。.
Objective To understand the prevalence of dental caries among Han nationality students in Yunnan Province in2005, 2010 and 2014, and to grasp the changing trend of dental caries, to provide a reference for future prevention and treatment of dental caries. Methods An analysis was conducted with the collected data of dental caries in Chinese students aged 7,9,12,14 and 17 from 2005 to 2010 and 2014 in Yunnan Province. The detection rate of caries and the proportion of caries lost to caries were found. Results The prevalence of deciduous caries in Yunnan Han nationality students in 2005, 2010 and 2014 was 47. 4%,50.4% and 46.0%, which were higher than the average level of Chinese students in the same age group. The prevalence of dental caries in the three years were 10.2% and 17.4 % and 9.8%, all of which were in the lower national level. The rates of filling in permanent teeth( caries replacement rates) in three years were all lower( the rates of deciduous teeth were 11.25%, 4.55%, 6.81%;the rates of permanent teeth were 29.11%, 11.75% and 13.25%). The mean dmft in three years were 1.77, 2.05 and 1.78, respectively, and the mean DMFT in three years were 1. 77, 0. 49, 0. 20, respectively. Conclusion Han students in Yunnan Province have a high caries rate( especially for deciduous teeth), and a low dental caries filling rate. Therefore, promotion of prevention and treatment of dental caries should be strengthened. The quality and coverage of oral health care services need to be further improved and expanded..
